Turbo are crooks

I purchsed the Turbo Deluxe for my desktop. It was on sale for $44.99. It said on the box that the Delux Turbo Tax program. I purchased this one because Ineeded to file both the Federal and State returns. I went through the process of filing the Federal Return. Then I went through the proccess of filing the state return for Utah. Before I was able to file the state return I needed to pay an addtional $25. Why did I have to pay an additional amount? I wouldn't have bought the Deluxe program if I wouldn't be able to file the state return. I feel like you cheated me out of $25. I bought the program specically because I could file both the state and federal. then you charge me to file the state return. How is that right? If there would have been an option for no stars, that's the one I would have selected. I have used you guys for years and this the last time I will.

This year it was a failure. I paid for a version to provide up to 5 FREE tax filings. Your software by default tried to bill me for both my Federal AND State ( Washington ) tax filing(s)
* * * there is NO tax filing for Washington, but your software wants to bill for it * * *
I had to click the far right upgrade to DELUXE, which is what I bought in the first place ( you know that license number ) . . . You must have hired some unemployed software engineers who can't program, perhaps why they are no longer working for Microsoft ( your failure )
