I have an associates degree in accounting and have worked for a CPA for 20 years. Am not happy with the instructions especially about the 1095B and other things. Was not happy last year but thought I would give you another chance. Won't happen next year.

Finally it worked

When I installed the product last December, it worked. I continued to make the updates through January. When I decided to use the application, It would not work. I had to google search a resolution and found out that a MS c++ redistribution was missing from it. This should have been on the updates to the application.
