Overall good experience. I identified a problem with loading state personal property taxes that was not resolved in the questionnaire. I went to the actual form and loaded the information.

I have used TurboTax for years now. I don't know if it is because the tax code gets more complicated, but the instructions seem less clear than they used to be. Still, it is fun to use, and the cost is reasonable.

Turbo Tax has been awesome but the cost to direct deposit a refund through a 3rd party is insane. That is the reason I have stopped using the direct deposit system.

Thje initial/starting look was different, Consequently, it was confusing for me. I'm tech challenged. Other than that, it was as usual, just fine.
