Simplify data entry and cross checking

it would help a great deal if you showed the individual account numbers when multiple accounts are downloaded from the same financial institution.
Better still why not just have us log into our IRS account at https://secure.login.gov so you can download all the info they already have and walk us through it, so we just have to check for errors and omissions.

Fix the HSHP Lapse Issue

You need to clarify and/or change the medical HDHP issue of the lapsed coverage. This has been an ongoing issue for years. My son has had no lapse in coverage yet you can't get past this question unless you answer "none" on the previous screen which makes it look like he did not have a plan.
