Overall is good. I have used Turbot Tax for years. For much of the time I prefer to go to the sections ands pick and choose what I want to work on. This it was much harder to do in the Interest, Dividend, etc. section because it kept sending you though a bunch of screens and offering to import stuff. It was always hard to get the back to just straight entering screen.

I've used TurboTax for over 10 years & used it when I owned our farm. Now that I'm retired & sold the farm it;s even easier to file taxes

Program "not responding"

turbo tax is good but if poor support

many tries to e-file using the option of taking the fee from federal return and screen would just go blank
had to use credit card to pay fee. Not sure why they just don"t tell you that or at least fix the glitch.

Easy as always and gives me the biggest return. Definitely recommend. It was easy to install and download. It immediately found my returns from last year to transfer over. Have always enjoyed how quick and easy everything is. It walks you right thru it.
