Your new method of displaying imported files is extremely weak in user convenience. I was not prepared to see 1-3 separate items that "needs review", especially since I imported 4 items before looking at the results. I couldn't tell which item belonged to the individual accounts. This section needed more user instruction about the results of an import. I eventually deleted all of them and started over, reviewing the results of each document as I went. I had some items that had no interest, so the amount showed as "INT $0, but I had US Treasury notes that were on Line 3. So the image you provided me told me nothing about the account it belonged to. In prior years you simply listed the accounts I had imported, including the account name and I could edit them to update the amounts. That was great.
Also, although I've been an user for many years, I never received an email this year that the product was ready to download. Furthermore, I could not find a web site to download it from. Each site just wanted me to enter my taxes on line. I finally entered a chat session on a site and he pointed me to a site I could download from.
Frankly, I almost went for a competitors product this year.
