State Taxes would not file!

State Taxes would not file!
Billing would not go through, tried many things re-filing, romoved and re-created state tax.
Turbo tax did not even ask for card information.
Ended up mailing the documents!

I have been using Turbo Tax for a very long time. In the beginning I had to print out and mail my tax forms in but early on I was one of the first users to be allowed to file electronically. It has continued to improve over the years in keeping up with all the changes. I started out with a family of four and now it is down to just my wife and I, on retirement, with the types of incomes that go with that life. Turbo tax makes it very easy for me to do my taxes year to year, especially keeping track of the capital gains/losses. My tax situation is not that complicated. Turbo Tax not only allows me to manually input the W-2 forms but also download all my 1099 forms from my broker directly into it. All the guess work is taken out.

I found TurboTax to be quick and easy once all forms are in order. My only complaint or suggestion is that you make the type on the help screens a little bigger. I could barely read the words.
