TurboTax is a good product

You'll see it in my comments. I think for older folks like me this could and was a very stressful experience, and I have been using turbo tax for years. Everything gets more complex than easier. I feel like I'm entering Ft. Knox just signing up for e-filing. Not your fault, but I think you could make the system a bit more user friendly. Younger folks who grew up with computer have a much easier time than we old guys. They can be very intimidating.

Basically a legal scam. Why no option for sharing personal data. Who is my Intermediate Service Provider? Is that the same as Internet Service Provider? Why do I need to authorize sharing anything with any ISP? There's no respect for personal data and I personally can't opt out of anything. It's really despicable.

Lots of Changes, not all good

Have used Turbo Tax for 8 or 9 years and found this 2024 version to be more time consuming and costly than prior versions. I bought the deluxe version which is supposed to come with one free state . So not only did I pay $20 for the state copy for my return, I had to pay it again for my adult daughters return. Then I am being charged $20 per refund, for refund processing.
