Cost is too high given what I need to enter. A turbotax advantage member which I am is suppose to get a discount on filing State return which I was not given,

Still have to pay for state filing, not free

Don't believe the free state filing when purchasing the Deluxe with Federal and State. Another year now where I needed to pay an additional $25 to file state even though the tax suite I purchased had a free state filing.

YOU QUESTIONAIRE DID NOT ACCURATELY REFLECT THE FIELDS ON W-2'S OR 1099R'S OR ANY OTHER OF THE FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS.
UNBELIEVABLE EVEN FILLING OUT THE RATING REVIEW IS SCREWED UP. HAD TO SELECT NUMEROUS NICKNAMES BEFORE IT FOUND ONE THAT IT WOUULD ACCEPT.

Been using TurboTax for many years and I keep on. This year I had a bit more difficulty finding the right place/form location for a couple of items. Other than that, very satisfied.
