Be careful about thigs carried over to the new tax

This was our most confusing year and we had less to include in our taxes. Please remind people to watch closely anything that they do not want to carry over into the new year if they used Turbo Tax last year. Also, we had a dividend the had all zeros as the Federal ID and it would not accept it. We had to leave it blank for it to go through. I will still use Turo Tax next year.

PROBLEMS FORCING US TO UPDATE OUR YEAR-OLD TTD

You should not FORCE users of TTD to update their submitted federal and state tax forms sent in a year ago. This happens when we open the year before TTD file you force us to update to your latest FIXES and thereby we do not have a TTD copy that is an exact copy of what we sent in. AT A MINIMUM YOU NEED TO GIVE FOLKS THE OPTION TO UPDATE OR NOT. THE BEST IS TO LEAVE OUR YEAR BEFORE SUBMITTED FILE ALONE. !!!!!!!!!
