Software makes it difficult to file paper return

Simple to follow and complete until it came to the state return. I wanted to e-file federal but mail state since there was nothing due and there was no refund. It did not make sense to pay $20 to file, when $.75 would do. I expected after e-filing the federal it to take to printing of the items need for state. If I hadn't know better I would have thought I was done. I had to go back restart the entire filing process but tell it I wanted to file a paper return, thankfully the software was smart enough to know I had already e-filed the Federal. The impression I got was that TurboTax want to make it difficult for you to file a paper return vs paying them $20. If it weren't for this I would have given a five star.
