TurboTax Auto Renewal is a Scam

I've been using TurboTax for many many years and will continue to do so. However, if TurboTax wants me and other long-time customers to sign up for automatic annual renewals, they need to specify the price that they intend to charge. Who in their right mind is going to sign up for something without knowing the cost? REALLY? That's like giving TurboTax a blank check to charge whatever they want.

Good but Issue with Importing data

Been using TurboTax for years. I had an issue with getting past the "import data" for income to import several that were not offered as being importable. In the past, TT gave me the option to input manually. It was very difficult to figure out how to do this with this years software. I finally got there but after a number of false starts.

I do not believe 2024 changes to TT were helpful. I don't want to see screens selling more TT services such as expert tax assist or audit help. I'm not paying for advertising,

Love TurboTax

I've been using TurboTax since it began or shortly there after and it is the easiest way to do our taxes. All I have to do is answer questions and it is really that easy. When you do need help it is available through online forums or you can connect with an expert.
