Great Product

Great product and really makes filing easy. My only ask would be to show Social Security 1099 entry areas with the other 1099's.The option for help is reassuring. The 100% accuracy guarantee is very reassuring.

Able to Prepare Prior Years Helps

Gave a 4-star rating due to couple factors, the great help I received from expert Suzette, we kept getting disconnected and she would call right back til I got to a point I was able to go through comfortably on my own. As I went through I was impressed with the instructions and information provided to help throughout, some terminologies I couldnt grasp right away, but after so many times of reading I gained a concept. One minor issue was problem due to the year preparing tax return for maybe since is a previous when go to click on publication links for information to help they would not come up had some challenges with a couple sections so input to the best of my ability. Nice advantage to be able to download prior versions to prepare prior tax years helps a lot. Since my first time doing I took a lot of hours to prepare return yet appreciate being able to sit and read through, but dont get discouraged by this. One thing to keep in mind go thru is either research thru a search engine typing Turbotax or Intuit Turbotax ad then look for prior years or you may need to call customer service or expert who maybe able to send a link to you so you can click and get over to a different version of Turbotax in order to do the prior year or years (such as myself) you are seeking to do. After years of denial I finally looked into, got fedup trying to make appointments for free tax prep who isnt answering calls or accountants who are retiring in high volume (at least ones, I called and listened to voicemail greetings for)

turbo tax is fair

I was disappointed that I was not able to file the state return since it would not link me to the Intuit wesite to pay for the Indina filing.
