TurboTax makes the complicated simple.

I've been using TurboTax for years now and have yet to be disappointed. It makes the onerous process of doing taxes much easier and, year after year, it provides continuity over time. Plus, being able to file online, makes it so less complicated and cumbersome.

The usual trying to sell me additional products or services I don't want. Also printing a copy of the return, basic documents only, was difficult and not user friendly. I don't want to print 30 pages, I just want the 1040 only and nearly impossible to figure out how to do this.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
