Easy to use.

I still love how easy it is to use. I do not like the Quicken/ turbo tax interaction. Much better with direct download. Same Company should talk to each other.

UI not as intuitive as last years

This year seemed a little more difficult than last years version... After installation I was able to import last years personal information and enter W2 information. I saved the session and was going to finish up later in the afternoon. Upon opening TurboTax a 2nd time, I was unable to open my previous session though I could see it in Windows File Explorer, couldn't import my data and had to re-import all my information by hand... The second issue occurred when using the back button and had to re-enter all W2 information....

Mostly User Friendly, State forms not really

I felt like the state tax return lacked details. I had to file two states and it would have been good t have a section on which income I was subtracting instead of lumping it all together.

TurboTax State e-file

I reported a flaw in State e-filing application to TurboTax customer service. It did not allow me to continue with the payment of fee required to file for State. The only way I could e-file for Federal was to opt out and mail State tax return. I hope TurboTax can fix the issue.
