TT is a very good product. Fairly easy to use.

Tax filing is very hard. You want to do it right and you don't want to overpay or miss deductions. I have been using TT for many years. Went to HRBlock but found them confusing and they want to charge extra for some explanations, etc., so I came back to TT. My personal philosophy is that I am a reasonably intelligent person with a college degree and, with TT help, should be able to confidently file.

Turbo tax is easy to use. had no problems navigating my taxes. only problem I had was using code from turbotax deluxe. website kept sending me to main site.

Turbo Tax is Great!

Turbo Tax was easy to use, except i was confused on how to report W2-G gambling winnings. Instructions were not very clear. Later it showed up and was taken care of. If I had prepared the return on my own I would have missed some forms I was not aware of! Thanks Turbo Tax.

TurboTax 2024 was a bit disappointing

Generally pretty good for moderate price. I was disappointed that a 1099-Q for 529 to Roth rollover was not covering correctly. I had to rely on the community to know what to do. If I enter it, I would have incorrectly pay taxes but luckily I noticed and looked into it.

This year's GUI was difficult

I could not easily search for bank accounts. My bank came up empty. Then I was able to use existing Turbotax item and updated it.
