Turbotax is now...MEDIOCRE!!

Well, I'm really disappointed in/with TurboTax this year. You have conflicting instructions on consecutive pages...and, sometimes the instructions really are NOT concise, specific, or clear!!!!! You really need to get your act together...the majority of "we...the users...are NOT IT specialists!!!!!!

Not so clear.

TurboTax was more complicated for me this year. I had a hard time with RMD and Medical sections. They were a bit confusing and I received errors.
Also, I hate mandatory reviews!

It seems to be good, even though there is no hard copy of the software for potential follow-up should that be necessary. I have been using TurboTax for many years without interruption.

My tax situation has gotten a lot simpler as I make my way through retirement. By using TurboTax Deluxe, I get through the tax reporting season with relative ease. I trust the program completely to insert the required information in all the right places. E filing is a snap. Thank you! TurboTax
