This year's product did not measure up to the TurboTax I have used for at least the last 10 years. When I downloaded my financial information I got Worksheets that I've never seen before with 'problems' in them of which I had no knowledge. Then, I had to pay you $50 to call you to find out how to solve the non-existent errors.

Overall good, need to fix how it handles penalties

Good for producing return, but disappointing that it didn't flag the penalty calculated and prompt us to avoid it. We had to figure that out on our own. Couldn't have done it without our previous professional tax experience. Also didn't flag that the foreign tax credit was being carried forward, rather than credited to the current year. We had to fix that too.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
