Easy to Use But Filled w/ In-app Selling

I like using the application. However, I do not appreciate all of the up-selling. In addition I have questions about my privacy and do not necessarily trust that Intuit is not selling our information.

Like the product, hate the excessive 2025 formatting changes. Too many keystrokes and back and forth. 2024s was much better.

DATA ENTER TWICE & BE CHARGED $25 TWICE FOR EFILE

I wasn't able to file at first even though I was charged for a state tax file $25. The message also said not to worry I could mail the file UDPS.
I closed the file after I had saved it. When I reopened it, all my data entry was gone. I reentered everything.@#&%#@. I obtained an update and had to pay $25 AGAIN!! for the state e-file
