Turbo Tax is Awesome!

Honestly, I don't know how I would be able to prepare and file my tax returns without your assistance! I have and MBA and an Engineering degree and currently am in an IT Support role - so I like to think of myself as "Financial/Tech" savy... BUT, the process is SO COMPLICATED! I don't know how the average persone can do it alone!!

My Experience was very good. I had the option to allow Turbo Tax to walk me through each step of the process and this was very helpfu for me. It ensured I did not miss any steps

Problems

Download of data from financial institution requiring the review of the data is confusing and problematic, caused me lots of extra time to figure out hat the problem was - help is extremely lacking.
Had difficulty with the software download to my PC - was unable to find the file - finally had to request help from intuit to get it done. Changes made to 2024 very confusing!
FYI, I have been a long term user of your software (15 + years) and never experienced frustrating problems such as these this year,

Turbo Tax not so awesome this year.

We have used Turbo Tax for many years and never had a problem. Was very disappointed with Turbo Tax this year having to wait several weeks to complete our State of Minnesota Taxes until you could figure out how to incorporate the Minnesota Forms into your software?. We also preferred having the CD disc, especially now the Windows 10 is going into the dumpster in October.

Disturbing Payment voucher in 2024

I have loved Turbo Tax and used it since the 80's. This year there appears to be a 1040 Payment voucher showing $***.00 due by mid June (included in Tax forms that I assume is being sent to IRS). I am getting a Refund and do not owe anything. Why is this there and Where did you get $***.00 amount. Nothing in Help about it. This may be the last year I use Turbo Tax. Very upsetting
