It's too bad that your program will not import previous years I have been using this program since 2014 and when ever I have tried it import from current year to previous years your program can not seem to find anything. Your search engine sucks big time as you only allow preprogrammed issues to be looked up, which does not help any. Not everyone is a tech person. Find someone who understands how to write a help program, unless upper management is more worried about their bottom line and yearly bonus. If you could learn to fix this part of the program people might like it better. You can get help if you are willing to send you money.

Needs better instructions on manual entries.

There is no clear description on how to make manual entries on the Tax Return. There needs to be a selection option with clear instructions on how to make "manual entries". The current method is extremely difficult to navigate. Many institutions are not even listed to make electronic transfers. This clearly needs to be corrected.

I've been using TurboTax for many years. Takes part of a day to gather my stuff, then half a day or less to process my taxes.
