Sometime a don't know what to do next while downloading and installing. Would like a walk through for each step. The walk through on the taxed is great except there was an occasion when you asked for a code but no indication of what it was for.

UNBELIEVEABLE TROUBLE COULDNT EFILE EVEN AFTER PAYING FEE, WAS REJECTED NOT ACCEPTED. WHEN I PRINTED OUT MY DOCUMENTS TO MAIL THEY WERENT EVEN FILED OUT. NO NAME, NOTHING I ENTERED WAS POSTED. JUST MY FIRST NAME NO ADDRESS,

Easy to use; finished my taxes in about 2 hours, both federal and state. Most of that was gathering documents/receipts.

I HAD TO PAY $ FOR FREE STATE RETURN!
