Could not download last year's tax documents from the internet, your web site. Made it very time consuming to have to type in all the details again. Even though I had the name and password I still couldn't manage.

Slow servers

Had all kinds of issues connecting to load software and get updates. It would not connect to your server it kept telling me i was not connected to the internet. I was definitely connected. Then when trying to e-file and pay had the same issues. You need to increase your bandwidth. Very frustrating.

Worser and worser

Why does this program get harder to use every year? Why did it not accept the password (or the hint word) I needed to open last year’s return so I could import data? Why is is hung up asking for information from a 1099 that isn’t anywhere on the 1099 and won’t let me past that stupid step? And more…. I’m so fed up that I’ll actually let the IRS do my taxes as soon as that’s available for me.
