Still my preferred tax program

This year's TurboTax program was a little harder to complete that in previous years. My family's information did not transfer cleanly from last year's return, and there were several new security questions. Nonetheless, TurboTax is still my preferred tax program. I like the security of doing my own taxes, of keeping the information on my own computer instead of in the cloud.

More guidance about RMDs

It would be helpful to have more guidance about handling the questions regarding RMDs when retirement funds have been turned into annuities and you don't really have to do RMDs anymore.

I was very disappointed with TurboTax this year.

This is the first year that I had problems with your software. You didn't inform people that we had to do a download in order to download our financial data. I wasted a lot of time trying to find out via the internet that I had to do that. Also my program indicated that I would get a discount on the e-file. I was charged the full price. I've been using TurboTax for many years and I am not happy this year with TurboTax and next year I'll be reviewing other software before buying TurboTax.
