Confusing summary data & hard to mail-in State

1) The summary of previous year's (2023) data does NOT match 2023's summary data as shown on the TurboTax 2023 software. 2) It's a real hassle to print the State forms for filing after you've selected Federal e-file; TTax keeps trying to print Fed forms for filing via mail, and also complains Fed has already been e-filed. 3) Printing state forms for filing always prints the summary page, which shouldn't be mailed to the state. But since I print double-sided, it's impossible to separate the summary from the tax forms. 4) Software updates state "restarting TTax", but then the program closes and must be manually restarted. #3 and #4 behavior has existed for years, despite my reporting it repeatedly. Apparently nobody at Intuit pays any attention to customer feedback.

I couldn't purchase the disc. I purchased the download version. I had to "go through Hoops" to download. When wanted to print my completed forms I couldn't change in what I wanted to open the forms to print them.

CC Bill Address Box Doesn't Accept Legit Character

Product went well until I needed to submit my billing address for my credit card at the end. Your system is set up to not accept the "/" character, which does exist in addresses that are split such as community townhome communities. I had to replace my number "1/4" with "14" to get around this, and now my billing address is technically wrong. FIX THIS.
