Hate the new website home page

I like the product - have used it for years. But I should be able to go into Turbo Tax from the internet, login and get to my returns. Absolute HATE new website. The only way I figured out how to get back in to do the filing was through the link saved on my computer for the return.

DISCREPANCY

THERE WAS A DISCREPANCY BETWEEN DIVIDENDS AND INTEREST SECTIONS. THIS YEARS APP WAS A LITTLE MORE CONFUSING THAN LAST YEARS.

Makes It Easy To File

Overall a very good product. 4 out of 5 because every year, there's a hiccup with something different. This year, there was a "Return Processing Fee" of $40 if I paid using the return money. I'm already paying $20 to file my state income tax. This is soft-handed robbery.

Very poor this year

Can't get the tax form to print. 1099 misc income reported on my investment company's 1099. your soft ware forced me to file in other business income which it is not and if I forced it into the d1099 misc income area it would not allow me to file electronically. Fix it or I will look for new software. I have been using turbo tax for over 10 years and have never had this this much trouble with day tax prep.

An excellent program

This year went smoothly as ever EXCEPT IN ONE AREA--1099 Msc for the Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and for a $100 customer incentive payment. TurboTax routed these 1099s to business and wanted Business Activity Codes for them, which, of course, do not exist. The amounts belonged on Schedule 1. So these were inputed there. They do not show by name there but are lumped in the correct category. Hope you can get this fixed for next year.
