I had submitted a review earlier out of frustration due to being unable to submit and pay taxes. After a little time and effort speaking with several Product Specialists; Kimberly and Raquel, they were able to find the fix due to needing updates on my computer. I appreciate their help greatly.

Stepping backwards.

This year was problematic. The changes to interest and dividend section made it much more complicated. Unlike previous years, the software would not download from one of my brokerages (Morgan Stanley) requiring me to get phone assistance.

It was simple. We have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and have always been satisfied with the product. It saves us a lot of money since we don't have to pay a tax filer.
The changes in the tax laws a few years back certainly made our tax filing more simple, just taking the standard deduction. It is even more valuable to us now.

You have to watch it for changes after update

Overall, as good as past year versions. However, it "forgot" we had taken our full RMDs for the year and tried to add several thousands in additional due after it installed an update. I had to go through step-by-step again to remove the additional due. That's disappointing
