Turbotax good but have an issue

Working through the tax return using Turbotax was straightforward and easy as it has been in the past. The problem that I am having that I have not solved is that I cannot print or save a pdf copy of the return. I have been able to do this previously so am confused as to why this year is a problem.

TurboTax seems to be declining

This year's version has two issues:
(1) a bug that causes some imported forms (in my case, a 1098)to import correctly, but to populate in the actual tax forms incorrectly (some entries were completely missing). This was fixed by a call to customer support--Matthew knew what the problem was and had me delete the imported 1098 and re-enter it manually, fixing the problem.
(2) It has become harder to find year-to-year comparison tables in the Step-By-Step view. This has historically been a great feature--it allows an immediate cross-check and a way to spot missing items (like missing mortgage interest dedications). This year I had to View Forms and open the Tax History, switching back and forth to the Step-By-Step as I worked to fix issues. Inefficient.
While this hardly matters for a trivial form like a 1098, it casts doubt on the integrity of importing highly complex 1099-B forms.

As always clear concise, no nonsense approach to tax preperation. Plenty of helpful options for any questions. Plus the ability to call in and expert if needed. I have been and will continue to be a Turbo Tax fan
