Turbo Tax - A little different but same - why??

I wish that your ItsDeductible was more up to date. They have changed NOTHING in that area in years. Can't we add more stuff that people donate to Goodwill and other organizations? Otherwise it's a pretty good tool. Also, I don't know why, when I have been using the CDs since 2020 and turbo tax always pulled in my info from the prior year, it did not do so this year without the CD. I did not like that.

Complete and easy to use. Constant up-dates insure all regulation changes are incorporated into any return.
Biggest fault is the State of Arizona not accepting E-files. Not Turbo Tax issue but think Turbo Tax should apply pressure to the State to up-dater their tax system to accept E-files.

Turbotax is great

The process was easy to follow. Had some difficulty at first with entering prepaid interest on investments. Saved time by downloading the 1099 information and transferring last year's information.

It kept doing a final check asking me for more information. I checked the boxes saying that they are in fact IRA's, and it kept looping back saying that I should only check that box if it is an IRA, and kept preventing me from sending it, so I have to check the "other" box in order to send it electronically.

Used for over 20 years\, have tried others. Turbotax representative less than cooperative when I had lost previous years program, VERY CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY.
