Turbo Tax mistake on Delaware State

I have used Turbo Tax every year since it first came out and have always been pleased with the service. This year I had a problem and the woman who helped me spent over an hour on the phone with me -- she saved me (I was at my wit's end!).

Works OK, but AGI does not fit retirees

I was disappointed that there was no fix for retirees in calculating the Adjusted Gross Income. The current set up just does not work for retirees relying on Social Security, Pensions and IRAs. As the software stands now, there is no easy way to calcuate AGI for a filer and spouse filing jointly.

TurboTax is a great product!

Have used TurboTax for many years. It makes the whole process of filing taxes much simpler. I recently had to contact Support to assist finding my product license number. The rep was very helpful and I was ready to go in no time.

Very easy to use. Detailed and I have used it for years now with no problems. I trust the product and find it to be the best alternative for my purposes. I do not have any unusual financial situations, no prior year things affecting the current year return, etc. It costs me about $79 for the program and $20 to file the returns electronically. My neighbors pay $700 to file their returns. That's a no brainer for me! Thank you.
