TurboTax 24 has Problems

I have used TurboTax for the past 25 years and this year has been the WORST. In the past, downloading it was a breeze, this year I had problems with both Federal & State (Georgia) downloads, it literally took me 2-3 hours, trying everything I could think. I had to create & save multiple passwords multiple times and it still wouldn't open. Finally it allowed me to open & use the program. The next problem was the 1095-A. Although I typed the entries exactly like it was on my 1095-A, TurboTax kept telling me that I couldn't have zeros in some of the fields. I finally input some numbers to get around this stumbling block. But the most frustrating thing is that the return won't print & when I saved to a pdf so I could print from there, it didn't include the cover sheet and all the forms. Unless changes are made by April 15 about the printing, I will not be buying TurboTax next year.

Turbo Tax is Great! Installation is a Pain.

Turbo Tax itself, once installed, is very easy to follow, thorough and I feel confident in the final product.
The four stars are for the challenges with installation. Since I use a Mac, the instructions were insufficient. Then it took me 15 minutes wading through numerous layers of questions to find a telephone number to talk with someone who could answer my question. That lady was able to resolve my problem in a few minutes. It should not have been so difficult to find a way to reach that help.
