I've use Turbo tax for over 5 years now and the experience has been self rewarding. I've taught my children how to use Turbo Tax and they now do their own taxes.

Simple miss

Very easy to use. However, it did not pick up that I had a dependent listed that is 20 years old and the return was rejected. Seems like a simple thing to miss.

Turbo Tax good but still needs fixes

Software easy to work with, and complete return. Still several bugs in the Arizona Tax Credit software where they show the charity number under name, but that should be minor. Biggest problem was after returns completed and checked and filed, I could not print out either the federal or state returns. I was able to print out other related items, but not the return.

two short comings

Entering charities is a royal pain. It would be much nice to provide a table to input and keep charities sorted by name. Also, the past few years there isn't a dialog on federal estimates, only state estimates. I need to adjust federal estimates when a known change is going to occur.

Not as easy this year!

This year was the most challenging for taxes, but it should have been as easy as previous years. I kept completing sections only to see "update." Error messages kept popping up. I followed the instructions but seemed very much more difficult than in the past.
