As in years past, easy to use and predictable. Additional "connect/talk to expert" experience was disappointing. I hope I explained it well and followed his instructions correctly, Using desktop software so he could not see what my desktop screen. There should be an easy way to include desktop visual.

2024 has bugs

its fairly easy to use but IT WILLNOT LET ME PRINT A COPY OF MY RETURNS!!!
I never had a problem printing returns in all yhe years i have used Turbo Tax. Its a bug that yiu need to fix !!!

IRS DirectFile is the Best!
