Concern with SC Tax Forms

Excellent software, but the issue with the SC state tax forms created lots of uncertainty and doubt in the accuracy of my tax return. I was disappointed in the late nature of obtaining all the necessary forms downloaded in order to finalize my tax return.

I needed help to enter 1099 int and 1099div that did not have download excess and spent 2 hr. trying to find help finely after diging in the program found a way a simple phone number would be great

I can not believe you guys added all these new charges to the program and didn't present them at the beginning. I feel like I am being force to pay unnecessary charges to file my taxes. First, there was $40 for you to do the State tax then $25 and then another $40 processing fee. We didn't have all this last year. That why I bought the program again this year. It was easy to use and follow. This year it's frustrating.

I paid $80 for a 2022 return that was only two pages long and you told me I cannot e-file it. I got screwed.

Convenient

It's fairly convenient and simple to use. I believe they check to make sure things are correct which helps to feel confident my taxes are processed correctly. And I can do it home without waiting around somewhere. Which is good if you don't need someone to talk through it with you.
