I was unhappy with the fact your 'help' option doesn't really help! Querying for a topic produces nothing - not even a 'can not be found' pop-up. I have been using TurboTax for many years and I am seeing more and more 'stuff' disappearing... Maybe it's time to seek a different software...

2024 IS FRUSTRATING WHEN INPUTTING INTEREST INCOMES. The screen went back to choosing what type of investment incomes that I wanted to input when I chose to Skip Import. It should let me continue inputting the interest income.

difficult retrieving login information

Difficult retrieving login information when you forgot username & password, a very confusing process while in your software, have to google "How to" before I was able to retrieve account & change password.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have loved the format. You changed everything this year and did not make the program easier to use. It is much harder to navigate and make sure I have not missed an item from last year.

Aggravations

It is still confusing, even after all the yearly versions. I am mostly aggravated to get to the of my tax prep and find out that you are going to charge me 25.00 to e-file my state taxes but also 40.00 to do something about my refunds from state and federal filings.
