Great but have one issue in State Billing

The product was great, except when time to pay for the State filing. It got very confusing because after entering my billing information, there was No CONTINUE but to go to Payment Info.
After trying some of everything, I started looking at the drop down and saw something about Upload State Form. It wanted $40, but I was supposed to have it for $25. I filled in all the info and decided to back out and search some more. I went through the EFILE steps again and it went through and only then did it take take through the payments and allowed me to complete it and for $25 like it i supposed to.

2024 Turbo Tax is more troublesome than ever

Turbo Tax will not efile my federal return unless I make another payment ??. I paid for the software when ordered ($70). It stated that my federal efile will be free.
You also state that my state return cannot be efiled due to previous year penalty. For your information, that penalty was paid in full when filed. Wasted a lot of time working with Turbo Tax.
Cannot make it work like in previous years. Will need to mail both returns.
