TURBO TAX IS AWESOME

VERY EASY, VERY FAST, VERY ACCURATE.
I PRIMARILY USE THE FORMS OPTION SINCE I USE THE SAME FORMS FROM ONE YEAR TO THE NEXT. BUT IS IS GREAT TO HAVE THE STEP BY STEP OPTION ALSO. GREAT ERRORS CHECK PROVIDES ME WITH THE CONFIDENCE THAT EVERYTHING IS FILLED OUT AS NEEDED.

Everything worked very well until I had to file and the file update had an error that took 3 people to resolve over a 3-hour period of time. Very frustrating and annoying.

TurboTax is amazing!!! It's so simple to use and the software will walk you step-by-step through the entire process. If you have a question, just ask and the assistant and you will be directed in the right direction.
