Hard to download, but good after that

I love using Turbo Tax....however i had an awful time getting it downloaded into my computer. Not sure the doing =away with the CD was a good decision?? Better instructions would have also been helpful

i've used Turbo tax for several years now. Never have had a problem with it. Very helpful and I like that they review it and let you know if there is something that needs to be corrected.

Turbo Tax askes a lot of questions which do not apply to my tax situation. By examining the previous year's return it should be obvious which sections will probably be able to be omitted.

turbo tax owes me money.

just found out that I do do have to file iowa state taxes based on my income but for the last 5 years of my retirement turbo tax never told me that and I paid $25 dollars each year for efile iowa state return and paid the extra fee for the deluxe version. You guys owe me $125 plus refund of the difference between basic and deluxe for 5 years.

I have been using Turbo Tax for 20 years. Only audited one time. It was a mistake that I made by checking the wrong box on a medical question. When they sent back the information, it was clear that I was wrong. Made the payment to fix the problem.

Easier Communication Please

I have used Turbo Tax for as long as I can remember......the one and only thing that would make this product 5 stars would be easier access to speak with a live customer service representative. I am in my upper 70's and I'm not going to "chat" . I wish companies would simply offer true customer service - now companies want to explain what they want you to know... not listen to what you need to know

nightmare downloads

Product output is good. Updating is a nightmare. Downloading the Illinois return was a nightmare. In both cases the program locked up repeatedly, requiring deleting the programs and reinstalling. Very time consuming and frustrating.
