THIS YEARS VERSION HAS NEW QUIRKS - THE CURSOR ISN'T STABLE. I FIND THE CURSOR AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS ON THE PAGE. I ATTEMPTED TO FILE A STATE RETURN VIA E-FILE FOR MY DAUGHTER AND BECAUSE THERE WAS NOT A FEDERAL ATTACHED TO HER RETURN i COULDN'T FILE HER STATE ALONE. OVERALL TURBO IS STILL MY FAVORITE TAX SOFTWARE.

You guys are pushy. You are constantly trying to take more of my money. If I wanted to have an expert do my taxes, I would bring them somewhere. Your software is not that easy to navigate. Also there are spots that it requires information that it shouldn't (e.g. Making me put a business name for a field that was allowed to be blank). You also constantly try to get more of our time, by asking us to do these reviews.
However, you guys do get the job done, just could be a better experience.

It does ok but when I paid to efile my state it said I wasn't eligible. I have already paid to efile it and I don't see how to get a refund. I would have thought since it had done my taxes the program would have known I couldn't efile.
