I have used TurboTax for years, I do taxes for several in my family each year and have had no problems with filing on line and paying on line when needed with one exception. I purchased the download as no CD's are available now and the one I downloaded didn't have a way to pay by Credit Card. But I called for help and no one new what to do. But the next day I tried again, opened TurboTax and went to the pay option and the option was there. I gathered others had the problem and TurboTax made the correction and did an update to my download.

Always easy to use, and, since I retired, my tax return has become very basic. I prefer a disc backup, and couldn't find it this year.
