Nightmare! I do not recommend

What a nightmare from start to finish. First, I purchased the program and got the email with a code to download and enter my purchase code to start, but all it did was try to sell me the program and upgrades. I had to call for help and it took 2 very long, exhausting calls, with customer service manually entering my purchase code. I continued to have issues with the program itself and called for help, usually spending 1-3 hours. Finally I got both state and federal taxes done and tried to e-file, but it continually failed. I again had to call customer service and when the first person couldn’t figure it out, I was transferred to another. Two hours later, he offered and optioned for me to be refunded and delete the program, go to Turbotax through another route, repurchase the program with some discount and redo my taxes. I declined and had to print and will be mailing in both state and federal taxes. Again, what a nightmare, waste of time and extremely frustrating. Fortunately, all of the customer service folks were patient, kind, helpful, or really tried to help.

Delayed Form approval

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and in the past have found it terrific ... BUT the 2024 edition leaves much to be desire. IT SHOULD NEVER TAKE 4 WEEKS FOR TURBO TAX TO FINALIZE AN IRS ISSUED FORM. SPECIFICALLY, I AM REFERRING TO IRS FORM 4684. THIS FORM HAS REMAINED IN THE SAME FORM FOR AT LEAST 5 YEARS. I COULD HAVE FILED MY TAXES AT THE END OF JANUARY, BUT HAD TO WAIT 4 WEEKS FOR TURBO TAX TO GET IT'S ACT TOGETHER. VERY UNHAPPY WITH TURBO TAX

Medical Premiums
