Turbo tax is good I've used it for years

preferred the cd option but finally got the download to work. I am not tech savy. Finding print options was not easy

Trying to do my grandson's taxes and I don't have a copy of 2023 so I don't know his agi in order to e-file his taxes for 2024. Not sure how to find that information.

If Turbo Tax is so ERROR free, why is it still doing updates on the day it filed? What if I had filed yesterday - those updates wouldn't have been in there and it would have had errors.
Had enough errors as it was. It kept adding "Gross Distributions" to the Required RMD on 4 IRA's. I spent 1 Hr+ on the phone with T-Tax trying to solve that problem. Had to delete ALL DATA and start from scratch - ERROR for sure.

Turbo Tax is not as easy as it claims

Its not as easy as it claims to be! I've been using turbo tax for years and every year the software has glitches which makes it challenging to enter your information or find out how and where to enter your information. i did my sons taxes, which is SUPER simple yet was complicated because he attends college and received a scholarship
