Glad I Choose Turbo Tax

This is the first time I have used Turbo Tax in about 40 years. I have used other Tax Prep Software in the past. This year, after using a CPA firm for the last 15 years, I decided to turn to an online program as my tax situation was decidedly simpler now. Having used another famous online program for a relative, and having experienced poor instructions. I decided to try Turbo Tax. So GLAD I did. I went for an plan option I probably did not need, but felt the extra $30 dollars were well spent.

TurboTax gets easier to use each year. It is evident that Intuit is dedicated to its continuous improvement. Going back and forth between the tax software and my TurboTax account was easy and seamless for the first time.

2 years in a row TurboTax has bugs and it took in inordinate amount of time to troubleshoot. This year it was the Alternative Energy credit even though I didn't indicate or check the box. In the community, it said it was a known problem but wouldn't be fixed until a later date.
