Poor support in printing state tax forms

My New York tax forms are available as reported by state; however, Turbotax is telling me that they are not and will not support me printing a hard copy of my New York state tax return. Your application tells me i can sign up for a notice when these are available but when i attempt to do that my request is rejected. I do not want the state holding on to me refund any longer then I have to so went ahead and electronically submitted both my fed and state taxes. I will come back in Feb and try to print out my state taxes and if again TurboTax will not support that you will have lost me as a future user for good.

Wasn't happy with this years version

Was a little disappointed with TurboTax this year because you pay for a code and do not get the CD, yet the price was unchanged for just buying a code. I've always kept the CDs in the event I have to go back to a tax return. Missing documents at the time of purchase and the date the document would be available getting pushed out longer on a weekly basis. I will be researching other tax programs for in the future. Have always liked TT.

Still the easiest way to do taxes

I was more difficult to find where to enter property taxes on a second property this year than last year when using Easy Step. Had to manually update the proper forms outside of Easy Step.

Bugs in code.

I submitted an error report because the Real Estate Tax and the Personal Property Tax sections of the Step-by-step program would not accept data. i finally figured out a workaround by going to Forms view and adding the data there. The tax codes may change after initial product release and I get that, but the basic program should work when the product is released.
