Assistant needs work

Did not like the search assistant. Was simply trying to find where to input a missed form and, to me, it was useless.

PIN alert missing!

So easy to use! Simple, step-by-step instructions with a simple menu. However, TurboTax did not alert me that my six digit security PIN was missing. Because of this, my return was initially rejected by the IRS. I went back and inserted my PIN, and re-submitted my return, which was then accepted by the IRS.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

AS A senior I accomplished what was necessary with minimum effort. Some of the Virginia entries create error codes that cannot be quickly corrected and you must figure out how to reenter with using the edit mode.

Turbo Tax does the job.

Difficult to follow entries using assisted format. Using self entry and going to "Forms" I was able to access calculations worksheets and follow data.

Turbo Tax not easy to download
