Turbo Tax was easy to use.

Was easy to use. Except for payment for fees. Could not get to enter my credit card to pay the fees and had to have it deducted from my refund.

Good - but fix 1099-R Box 16 requirement

Please fix the software to NOT throw an error message when the customer's 1099-R Box 16 is blank yet the software requires an amount to be entered there. After searching Turbo and online forum help, I see that other customers were advised to enter the amount from Box 1 into Box 16 in the Turbo software to get around the Turbo software bug.

Preparation Is Great...Printing for Records Bad

Tax preparation is great (5 star), but the "Print" links do not work for me. This is the second time this has happened to me, and the second time I have submitted a review this season on this problem. During preparation, the "Print for Review" function did not work, and I had to do a workaround to print a copy before filing. This time, after filing, the "Print Copy for Records" function did not work. I am using TurboTax Deluxe - Desktop on an iMac running Ventura 13.7.3.

2024 Turbo Tax

This year was a bit more difficult due to multiple updates that were required to be able to e-file. Otherwise, I have never had issue with TurboTax and have used for nearly a decade or more.
