Wonderful until it fails

I have loved TurboTax for over 25 years. It has solved some real knotty problems for me such as being a seller-financer of a loan. I have used it for parents, grandparents, siblings, just great.
Now at the end of another complex year, TT has gotten me through the Federal hoops and the California needless complexities. It's time to file.l I get as far as pay with a credit card, when an oversize window opens to get my mailing address. The window is too big, and I can't get to the CONTINUE button. Somebody on your IT staff has just paralyzed your software AND NEEDS TO BE FIRED.

User beware of addtitional fees

I have used TurboTax for years. It seems that your additional "fees" do not appear until the end when the user is "boxed" in and your additional information regarding the processing times attempt to sway the user into continuing the path toward these additional fees. I am not comfortable with this and intend to find an alternative to your software.

Abusive bait and switch deception

I paid for the desktop software with a state return included. When I tried to file, you mandated an extra $25 fee to file the state forms I'd ALREADY PAID TO FILE!!!
Thanks to your abusive bait and switch deception, I will NEVER recommend your product again.

Me and my family always use TurboTax. It's easy and walks you through the entire process or lets you skip around if you are more advanced.

It is easy to use, but I still question if it catches as much as my accountant did. I mean it can only react to what you know and enter, and tax accountants have the ability to think outside the box to find things an application might not.
