Feel ripped off by Turbo Tax

I did not want audit support. It was deducted from my federal refund. I must have missed unchecking the audit support box. I don't think that the default should be paying for audit support

I have used Turbo Tax since the late 1980s, and never really considered another brand. It is simple, intuitive, and has proven a champion and getting my best return.

One problem I see this year was that I had previously used filed a family members taxes with no problem. When I paid the state efile fee it showed the family members email on the receipt instead of capturing mine.
