An Easy Product to use

I have used TurboTax for many years. I find it very user friendly. It's easy to use. Many of my forms can be automatically downloaded to save me time. I also like that I can file electronically saving postage and speeding up my refunds. I would highly recommend it to most individuals.

Don't like Turbo Tax 2024 change

I am not very good with computers and without having a disk like I have had in the past I will probably switch to another way of doing my taxes. I have used Turbo Tax for years but I do not like not having the disk to load instead of just downloading.

I find Turbo Tax way too complicated. It often says "see instructions". Where are the instructions?

Can't print as in prior years.

I have used TurboTax for over 25 years. Cannot print. Never had this problem before. I'm concerned that I could not print out the recommended return and information at the end of the Federal e-file process. So I have no copy. Is my return e-filed? Frustrating wait and see? Also I cannot print specific forms from the program at "print active form." And can't print returns from there either. This is not acceptable!
