I liked Turbo Tax when it was on a CD

I had the hardest time getting into Turbo Tax this year since you have done away with the CD. I am not that good on the computer and had a friend come over to get me started which does not make me happy.

Great, easy to use product that consistently provides support from year to year. Wish we could use the donation estimator as a separate routine on my phone or tablet prior to beginning the filing process
